RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We take pride in our beautiful collection and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

If for some reason you are not happy with your Kinship Linen goodies, please contact us by emailing kinshiplinen@gmail.com along with your order number to arrange for a refund or exchange. 

We take all measures to ensure the product image is true to colour however we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual screens. 

Conditions of return:

  1. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return an item
  2. You must return goods to us within 10 days of initial contact 
  3. Goods must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact
  4. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless homebody reasonably agrees the item is faulty.
  5. We recommend using a traceable delivery and taking note of your tracking number

Exclusions:

  1. There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promotions
  2. Items purchased using online Laybuy or Afterpay cannot be returned for a refund but can be returned for an exchange or an online credit.
  3. If refund is due to change of mind, shipping costs are excluded
